Terms of Use

Last updated: August 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blimit Zero (the "Service"), a CRM, project/portfolio management, and workflow automation platform, including any AI-driven features described below. By creating an account, accepting an invitation to join an organization, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service lets organizations manage contacts, tasks, projects, and internal documentation ("Wiki"), and lets authorized users configure automated AI-driven assistants ("AI Employees") that can read, create, and modify records within the organization's account, subject to the permissions granted to them. The Service is provided on a subscription basis, and features may vary depending on your subscription plan.

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify organization administrators of material changes that negatively affect core functionality.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized that activity, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms.

You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Organizations, Roles, and Team Members

The Service is organized around "Organizations." The person or entity that creates an Organization, and any user subsequently granted an administrative role, is responsible for managing that Organization's members, their roles, and the permissions granted to those members and to any AI Employees configured within the Organization.

Organization administrators are responsible for promptly removing access for team members who should no longer have it (for example, former employees or contractors) and for reviewing the permissions granted to any AI Employee before enabling it.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Paid features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). By starting a paid subscription, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

6. AI Credits

AI Employee usage is metered in Credits. One Credit equals US$0.01 (one US cent). Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of Credits per billing cycle, which is shown in the Service. Unused Credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle; when a new cycle begins, the Credit balance is reset to the number of Credits included in your plan.

The number of Credits consumed by an AI Employee run depends on the AI model selected for that Employee and on the volume of text processed (both input and output). The Credit cost of each model is derived from the underlying model provider's published prices plus a service fee, and may be updated periodically (as often as daily) as provider prices change, without prior notice.

For illustration only (approximate and subject to change): a typical run that processes about 5,000 input tokens and 500 output tokens may consume roughly 0.1 Credits on Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite, 0.15 Credits on GPT-4o mini, 1.6 Credits on Gemini 2.5 Pro, or 3.2 Credits on Claude Sonnet 4.6. Equivalently, one Credit covers roughly 70,000 input tokens on Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite but only about 2,400 input tokens on Claude Sonnet 4.6. A "token" is the unit AI models use to measure text — roughly three-quarters of a word in English.

When an Organization's Credits are exhausted, AI Employee runs stop and are recorded as failed until the cycle refreshes, additional Credits are added, or the plan is upgraded; the rest of the Service is unaffected. Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable, are usable only within the Organization that holds them, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

We may adjust the Credit cost of any model and the number of Credits included in a plan. We will provide reasonable notice to Organization administrators for changes that materially reduce the value of an active subscription.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to permit any user or AI Employee under your Organization's control to:

(a) use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other Organizations' data, or the systems supporting the Service; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (d) use the Service to build a competing product; or (e) use the Service in violation of any applicable data protection, export control, or other law or regulation.

8. Your Data and Content

You retain all rights to the data, content, and records you or your Organization's users submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit Customer Data to the Service, including any personal data relating to your contacts, and for complying with applicable data protection laws with respect to that data.

9. AI Employees and Automated Actions

The Service allows your Organization's administrators to configure AI-driven "Employees" and grant them specific permissions to read, create, update, or delete records (such as contacts, tasks, and Wiki pages) and to take other automated actions within your Organization's account, either on a schedule, in response to triggers, or on manual request.

AI Employees act strictly within the permissions your Organization's administrators explicitly grant them. You are solely responsible for: (a) reviewing and configuring the permissions granted to each AI Employee before enabling it; (b) any actions an AI Employee takes within the scope of those permissions, including changes to records, communications sent, or data created, modified, or deleted; and (c) monitoring AI Employee activity (including via the run history and audit logs made available in the Service) and promptly revoking or narrowing permissions if an AI Employee's behavior is not as expected.

Outputs generated by AI Employees (including text, summaries, and suggested actions) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific use case. You should review AI-generated outputs and actions with the same care you would apply to actions taken by a human team member before relying on them, particularly for decisions with legal, financial, or other significant consequences. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated output or action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from actions taken by an AI Employee that were within the scope of permissions your Organization granted it, including actions your Organization did not anticipate but that fell within those granted permissions.

10. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, excluding Customer Data. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, payment processors or communication providers). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) Customer Data submitted through your Organization's account; or (c) actions taken by users or AI Employees within your Organization, to the extent those actions were within the scope of permissions your Organization granted.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure that breach within a reasonable time after notice, or immediately if necessary to prevent harm to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 5.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (including Sections 9, 10, 12, 13, and 14) survive termination.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date, or by notifying Organization administrators directly). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in São José dos Campos, SP, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
